To stimulate the generational transfer, the exchange and the flow of knowledge between the members of Compañía de Circo “eia” and young artists who finish their formal education and begin to develop their professional career. 

We understand accompaniment as a relationship, a path drawn together with the actors/actresses involved, from sharing and two-way learning. 

To accompany is to go with, to facilitate, and to open to share the experience. It is giving tools so that emerging artists can take and learn what they need to undertake their professional path. 

The aim is to offer an integral accompaniment, not only in relation to the processes of artistic creation, but also in the tasks of production, distribution, communication and the elaboration of the management model of the company or emerging artist.
